REFLEXOLOGY IS NOT MASSAGE: Reflexology is working the reflex pressure points on the hands and feet that correspond to every internal organ, gland, bone and muscles of the body. The entire body is getting worked on, but through the hands and feet. You stay fully dressed, except for removing your shoes and socks. You get to relax in a recliner in a private setting while listening to soft music, enjoying aromatherapy (diffusing essential oils), and enjoying the Himalayan Healing Crystal Salt Lamp.
